It was here, at Hamngatan 20 in Vaxholm, that Sjönära first opened its doors almost 20 years ago. Then, as now, our office was strategically located to serve the waterfront market along the coastline and islands of the middle archipelago.

Our agents in Vaxholm handle assignments on the mainland in southern Roslagen, Österåker, and Vaxholm. We travel daily, both by land and sea. Our boat Jill, moored in the guest harbour, takes us swiftly to properties and islands throughout the middle archipelago. In about 45 minutes, we can reach both Hallonstenarna in the north and Stavsudda in the south – with a string of wonderful islands in between that we proudly call our home waters.

We have deep local roots and long experience in selling homes on the islands of Saxarfjärden, such as Mjölkö, Älgö, Fåglarö, Bjurön, and Saxaren. Beyond Grinda, we often visit the idyllic islands of Lådna, Svartsö, Gällnö, and Ingmarsö. Around Gällnan, we frequently operate on Husarö and Edö. Ljusterö is just as easily reached by car as by boat.
