In the newer part of the living room there is also a tiled stove\/wood-burning stove that provides cosy warmth when it turns a little cooler. The view from here towards the cruise traffic at a respectful distance is relaxing and hard to describe in words.<\/p>\\n
In the northern part of the house is the kitchen with every convenience and space for a small dining area. There is a working wood-fired cookstove with an attractive surround, and from the kitchen there is direct access to the garden via a kitchen veranda.<\/p>\\n
Upstairs the house offers a TV room with balconies facing both the water and the garden. Next to it are three good bedrooms. Between the two smaller rooms there is a sliding partition. There is also a bathroom on this level.<\/p>\\n
In the middle of the plot there is a traditional granary-style storehouse, and a little to the side of the main house lies the guest house with its own WC and, just next to it, a root cellar. The guest house is located on its own property, Bolby 1:172. Within walking distance there are boules and tennis courts, a sports ground and an outdoor gym. By boat it\u2019s close to Grinda W\u00e4rdshus, the town of Vaxholm with full amenities, Siar\u00f6fortet, and Sandhamn is about an hour away at 25 knots.
