The entrance-level bathroom is generous and has an opening window for ventilation and a washing machine. The kitchen and living room are open-plan and provide access to a large, sunny patio. The patio opens directly onto the association\u2019s grounds with a playground and easy access to the rocky hill, so children can readily explore the immediate surroundings. The lower floor is reached via an internal staircase and also has its own entrance \u2013 ideal if you want to create a separate area for a teenager or a home office.
