On its own headland in the heart of an archipelago idyll lies this substantial waterfront property with private shoreline, private jetties and far-reaching views in three directions. The properties have been in the same family since the island was purchased from Sandemar in the 1940s.<\/p>

Two properties comprising about 4,000 sq m of waterfront plot (Edes\u00f6n 1:10) plus a full 10 hectares of land and additional water area (Edes\u00f6n 1:1). At the top of the sunny southern point are two charming dwellings totalling approximately 140 sq m, complemented by a guest cottage and a boathouse with sleeping berths.<\/p>

You live here with the sea as your closest neighbour. Two private jetties offer optimal conditions for boating, morning swims and lazy days on the water. One is sheltered on the eastern side and has space for motorboats. On this jetty there is a boathouse with two berths and storage. From here you can enjoy views over Jungfrufj\u00e4rden and the birdlife. Beyond the boathouse stands the purple net shed.<\/span>
The other jetty on the western side has good depth and the option to moor a sailing boat to a buoy. The jetties are older and in need of renovation.
Further out on the point there are smooth bathing rocks and a diving board that may also be used by others on the island.<\/p>

The buildings blend naturally into the surrounding archipelago setting with classic timber facades and generous glazing. Several outdoor terraces offer sunshine from morning to evening. Between the houses is a sheltered patio with morning sun, and the larger terrace treats you to beautiful sunsets over the water.

In the main house, the entrance leads into a hall with a wood-burning stove. From here you reach two bedrooms, one slightly larger with space for a double bed. Adjacent is a bathroom with shower and a toilet by Separett. Further in is a bright kitchen equipped with cooker, oven, fridge and freezer. Directly adjoining are the dining area and the large living room. There is ample space for a dining table and sofa group. Large windows provide a lovely outlook over Dalar\u00f6 str\u00f6m. There is also an open fireplace that adds cosy warmth on cooler days. A door opens to the large paved terrace and timber deck with room for several seating groups and sun loungers.

Next to the main house is an additional dwelling with a large living room and dining area. Immediately adjoining is a kitchen equipped with cooker, oven, fridge and freezer. A fireplace insert at the heart of the large room provides cosy warmth. Outside is a generous deck with plenty of space for a dining table and sun loungers. From here the view over Dalar\u00f6 str\u00f6m is equally beautiful.
The house has three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and a toilet by Separett.<\/p>

At the water\u2019s edge below the main house you\u2019ll find a sauna facing due west. Just behind the dwellings are storage sheds, a guest cottage and an outhouse.<\/p>

The property carries a building right of 150 sq m for a main building plus 30 sq m for a guest house. On the island\u2019s northern side there is a large woodland area and, around the entire island, associated water area. The water area is not recorded by area in the land register.<\/p>

Water from a private well is connected to both dwellings, and a private greywater system is approved.<\/p>

Next to the main house is an additional dwelling with a large living room and dining area. Directly adjacent is a kitchen equipped with a hob, oven, fridge, and freezer. A fireplace insert in the middle of the large room provides pleasant warmth. Outside is a generous deck with ample space for a dining table and sun loungers. From here the view over Dalar\u00f6 str\u00f6m is equally beautiful.

At the water\u2019s edge below the main building is a sauna facing due west. Just behind the dwellings are storage sheds, a guest cottage, and an outhouse.<\/p>\\n
