In the surrounding area there are still clear traces of quarrying, which make pleasant excursion destinations. In the past there was a jetty here that was an important hub for freight and passenger traffic. Today, Karls\u00e4ngen is part of S\u00f6derviken with a small-boat harbour and shared jetties for the holiday-home areas that have formed around the bay. By boat from S\u00f6derviken you are directly on Bj\u00f6rk\u00f6fj\u00e4rden, from where most of the attractive summer restaurants and activities to the south and north can be reached.<\/p><p>On V\u00e4t\u00f6 there is a grocery store open year-round, a restaurant, a small bakery and summer activities. Norrt\u00e4lje is close at hand and Roslagen Golf Club is reachable by car. SL buses serve the island.<\/p><strong>The plot<\/strong><br\/><p>A very well-tended and private garden plot of 2,120 sq m with manicured lawns interspersed with areas of natural plot and exposed bedrock. Finally there is an entrance hall with tiled floor with underfloor heating and a hall unit. The hall is pleasantly separated from the living area by a half wall.<\/p><p>The house is heated by an air-source heat pump and oil-filled radiators in the bedrooms.
