Welcome to the outer side of Blid\u00f6 and this lovely waterfront property with splendid views over Svartl\u00f6gafj\u00e4rden with Norr\u00f6ra and S\u00f6der\u00f6ra in the background. The property sits front row facing the water just north of Bromsk\u00e4r harbour. Below the property lies the shared jetty where you have a berth alongside a Y-boom. The house stands on a beautiful garden plot totalling 2\u00a0077 m\u00b2, a wonderful place for play and relaxation. The water below is ever-present. The house was originally built in the mid-1970s and supplied by J\u00f6rnstugan. Over the years it has been well maintained and today is a well-kept home with all conveniences. The current owner has recently installed a new greywater (BDT) system and carried out extensive renovation of the foundation and the attic. In 2023 a new bathroom and terrace were also built. The house consists of two building volumes linked by a spacious hall with entrances from both the waterside and Sj\u00f6bloms v\u00e4g. In the other part of the house there are three good bedrooms, two of which have views of the water. The large bedroom also has direct access to the terrace outside, which is enclosed. This part of the house also contains the bathroom and a toilet.<\/p>\\n
Beside the house is the guest cottage, a brand-new Attefall house with bath\/shower, WC, a bedroom and a living room with kitchenette. On the plot there is also a small \u201cfriggebod\u201d that currently serves as a storage shed. Together they form a pleasant courtyard setting.<\/p>\\n
The area is covered by a detailed development plan that allows a building right of 120 m\u00b2, in addition to the Attefall rules. The house is heated by an air-to-air heat pump, electric radiators and the wood-burning stove. Water comes from a shared well serving eight properties and supplies good-quality water with ample capacity. The sewage is a sealed tank and the greywater is handled in a separate BDT system. Fiber is connected.<\/p>\\n
The area is calm and peaceful, yet close to everything. A well-stocked ICA supermarket that is open year-round is a short distance away. At your own berth down by the beach the boat is safely moored and from there it is close to bathing rocks in this part of the archipelago. Numerous archipelago restaurants are available. Blid\u00f6 Hamnkrog and Furusunds W\u00e4rdhus are conveniently close, and by boat it\u2019s not far to Lid\u00f6 V\u00e4rdshus, Fejans sk\u00e4rg\u00e5rdskrog, Finnhamn and H\u00f6gmars\u00f6 Sk\u00e4rg\u00e5rdskrog. All these restaurants have their own specialties and are well worth a visit.<\/p>\\n
Blid\u00f6 offers all the services you could want. The archipelago\u2019s most well-stocked ICA, as mentioned, is on the way to the property. Should the unexpected occur, there is a health centre. During the summer there are many evening activities for the whole family: music nights, cinema screenings, etc. Blid\u00f6 is a complete island with many opportunities for both holiday and year-round living.<\/p>\\n
Blid\u00f6 is easily reached by car, boat or bus. By car from central Stockholm, the ferry in Furusund is reached in just over an hour. Vaxholmsbolaget serves the island daily with several departures. SL buses run continuously throughout the day to and from Norrt\u00e4lje.
