Two bedrooms sit side by side, offering good storage, space for a double bed and windows overlooking the lovely courtyard. To the left off the hall is the shower room with shower, WC, washbasin with vanity unit and washing machine. To the right is the kitchen with a window over the association\u2019s garden and the shared outdoor area with seating and barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size fridge and freezer, dishwasher, cooker and ample storage in cabinets and drawers. The living room offers generous space for furnishings, and from here you access one of the bedrooms. A little farther out, yet still close, are Landsort, N\u00e5ttar\u00f6, Stora Bj\u00f6rn and many other beautiful islands.<\/p>\n<p>If you want to enjoy the archipelago without your own boat, we recommend a trip along Strandv\u00e4gen\u2014simply turn left when leaving Treh\u00f6rningen and keep going (the loop is about 6 km and brings you back to Nyn\u00e4s centre). As mentioned, Treh\u00f6rningen is an island but with a bridge connection, and there\u2019s always a special feeling to being an islander. It fosters a certain sense of community among residents. A restaurant and spa in an unbeatable location with a horizon view.<\/p>\\n<p>Entrance is via the courtyard, through the porch and stairwell, to the second of two floors. Here you are met by a bright corner apartment in top condition with three rooms plus kitchen and a balcony. The apartment\u2019s approximately 78,7 square meters are distributed over a hall, kitchen and living room with a tasteful continuous laminate floor and light, attractive finishes. Two bedrooms side by side offer good storage, space for a double bed and windows facing the lovely courtyard. The bedrooms also have light, attractive finishes and soft carpets to start the morning on.<\/p>\\n<p>The hall has space for outerwear, a generous walk-in closet, and provides a pleasant sightline through the living room and out over the balcony. To the left in the hall is the shower room with shower, WC, vanity unit and washing machine. To the right is the kitchen with a window facing the association\u2019s garden and the shared outdoor area with seating and a grill. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, cooker, and plenty of storage behind cabinet doors and in drawers. The living room accommodates ample furnishing and from here you reach one of the bedrooms. The other bedroom is accessed from the hall.<\/p>\\n<p>Enjoy the evening sun from the balcony with awning, facing slightly west. Play with the children in the shared garden or invite friends over for a barbecue. Go for a swim from the association\u2019s jetty or take the boat out into the archipelago. Take a pleasant walk with a restaurant visit in town or down by the harbour.
