The island is reached by your own boat, and from the mainland at Gr\u00e4dd\u00f6 it is only a few minutes across the sound. Those few minutes across the water offer your first chance to unwind. For car and boat parking on the mainland, we recommend applying for a place at Gr\u00e4dd\u00f6 Marina.<\/p><p>The property welcomes you with an L-shaped jetty, shared with two other properties. Once ashore it is only a few metres up to the house. On the way you pass shoreline and a lush garden with berry bushes and fruit trees. The 1,228 sqm plot offers great possibilities for the garden enthusiast, or you can let the wildflowers flourish.<\/p><p>The house is beautifully positioned on the plot with a large veranda facing the water. The veranda is very attractive and the obvious spot for long tables and gatherings with family and friends. Facing south, it is the home\u2019s natural hub. This floor also offers four good bedrooms, making this truly a place for a large family and for those who want to welcome overnight guests.
