Ramsan is a small island situated in Sing\u00f6fj\u00e4rden, with a beautiful archipelago right on the doorstep and proximity to Sing\u00f6, Grisslehamn, Herr\u00e4ng, \u00d6sthammar and \u00d6regrund. The island has nine developed properties used for holiday living. You can move freely around the island, which offers woods, nature and classic archipelago scenery. Among other things, there is a fine rock bathing spot located on the north-west of the island.<\/p>

On Sing\u00f6 and in the Sing\u00f6 archipelago, much of the old way of life remains, with small working farms and little coves lined with boathouses. The historic church was built in 1753 and is still a popular church for baptisms and weddings. The year-round country store Tempo Sing\u00f6 acts as an agent for Systembolaget and the pharmacy. The surrounding area offers excellent cycling and hiking trails.<\/p>

Close to Sing\u00f6 is the fishing and holiday town of Grisslehamn with a guest harbour, petrol station, restaurants, caf\u00e9s, a smokehouse, the spa hotel Hotell Havsbaden, a popular sailing school and much more. Taking Ecker\u00f6linjen to \u00c5land is a popular day trip.<\/p>

It is about an hour\u2019s drive to Norrt\u00e4lje, which offers a full range of services, hospital, shopping, etc., as well as a cosy and vibrant town centre.<\/p>The plot<\/strong>

The property is ideal for socialising, relaxation, swimming, play and games, for both large and small groups. The house is a charming and well-maintained log cottage, originally from around the 1820s and moved to this property in 1962. You enter via a hall with pine floorboards that leads into the spacious living room with windows in three directions, wide plank floors, painted log walls with a H\u00e4lsingland theme, a cooler in the floor for chilled drinks, etc., and a masonry open fireplace dated 1888. Beyond is the kitchen with wide plank floors, older cabinetry, cooker, extractor fan and fridge\/freezer. On the upper floor there is a spacious bedroom with pine floors and whitewashed wood panelling to walls and ceiling, as well as an anteroom\/bedroom, currently arranged with three beds, with laminate flooring and whitewashed wood panelling to walls and ceiling.<\/p>
