Ramsan is a small island located in Sing\u00f6fj\u00e4rden, with the beautiful archipelago on your doorstep and close to Sing\u00f6, Grisslehamn, Herr\u00e4ng, \u00d6sthammar and \u00d6regrund. There are nine developed plots on the island used for holiday homes. You can move around the island and enjoy forest, nature and archipelago scenery. For example, there is a fine rock bathing spot on the north-west of the island.<\/p>

On Sing\u00f6 and in the Sing\u00f6 archipelago much of the old way of life remains, with small working farms and little bays lined with boathouses. The venerable church was built in 1753 and is still a popular church for christenings and weddings. The year-round village shop Tempo Sing\u00f6 is an agent for Systembolaget and Apoteket. The area also offers excellent cycling and hiking trails.<\/p>

Close to Sing\u00f6 is the fishing and holiday town of Grisslehamn with guest marina, petrol station, restaurants, caf\u00e9s, a smokehouse, the spa hotel Hotell Havsbaden and a well-regarded sailing school, among much else. Taking Ecker\u00f6linjen to \u00c5land is a popular day trip.<\/p>

It is about an hour\u2019s drive to Norrt\u00e4lje, which offers full services, a hospital, shopping, and a charming, vibrant town centre.<\/p>The Plot<\/strong>

This waterfront plot is a very appealing south-west\u2013facing, completely private, relatively level garden\/meadow plot of 11,360 sq m. The shoreline is easily accessible and sunny, consisting of two beaches on either side of the two jetties. There is also a beach volleyball court and a small football pitch. In the south-west corner there is a swimming jetty extended with a floating dock, and a set outdoor seating area in a sheltered position with sun all day and well into the evening. Ramsan and the nearby smaller islands form a pleasant lagoon with a sheltered position.<\/p>

The property is ideal for socialising, recreation, swimming, play and games for both large and small groups. The house is a charming and well-kept log cabin, originally from around the 1820s and moved to this property in 1962. You enter via a hall with pine floorboards leading into the spacious living room with windows on three sides, wide floorboards, painted log walls with a H\u00e4lsingland theme, a floor cold store for chilled drinks, etc., and a masonry open fireplace dated 1888. Beyond is the kitchen with wide floorboards, older cabinet fittings, cooker, extractor fan and fridge\/freezer.
