Straight ahead is a shower room with shower and WC, connected to municipal water and sewer. To the right of the hall is the spacious bedroom added in 1978. The older-style kitchen has a fridge\/freezer, cooker and sink. Through the kitchen you reach the glass veranda with a dining area, where the view across the bay is captivating. The living room has a wood-burning stove and an open-plan flow to the veranda. From the veranda there is access to a covered terrace with steps down to the plot. The terrace continues around the gable, and there is also a terrace on the entrance side.<\/p><strong>The guest house is just a few steps from the water<\/strong><br\/><p>The guest house opens to a small hall. To the left there are storage cupboards and straight ahead a bedroom with a bunk bed. To the right off the hall is a bedroom with space for a double bed and an open fireplace; this room can also serve as a living room. The room at the far end has beautiful multi-pane windows all around and an exit to the waterside; it can be used as a bedroom or as a living room.<\/p><strong>Waterside cottage with panorama<\/strong><br\/><p>The waterside cottage has two terraces: one to the north in a sheltered position between the houses, and one to the south at the rear of the house, where there is also an older outdoor kitchen. The house features large glazed doors and panoramic windows facing the water. Inside is a simple kitchen (no water\/sewer) with a fridge\/freezer and a countertop cooker.<\/p><strong>Storage wing with guest room<\/strong><br\/><p>Along the southern boundary of the property runs a storage wing with a workshop and separate store, as well as a cosy fitted guest room with a bunk bed.<\/p><strong>Floating jetty<\/strong><br\/><p>The jetty needs some love, but it is usually in the water every summer. There are cast concrete steps and an anchoring point in the bedrock. The jetty itself is currently pulled up on land awaiting renovation.<\/p><strong>About Storholmen<\/strong><br\/><p>You can commute to Storholmen by regular boat service to Mor Annas brygga, Djursholm, Sticklinge and Ropsten. From Ropsten Metro it takes about 40 minutes (20 minutes by your own boat). At Mor Annas brygga on Liding\u00f6, a short and convenient distance from the island, the property includes the right to a car parking space and a boat berth at the new marina (one permit for each is included with the property).<\/p><p>For those living on Storholmen, all the city's attractions are always within easy reach. By boat you can quickly reach a number of great archipelago restaurants, and Vaxholm is also within comfortable distance. Storholmen's own restaurant lies right by \u00d6stra bryggan. Till h\u00f6ger fr\u00e5n hallen ligger sovrum med plats f\u00f6r dubbels\u00e4ng och h\u00e4r finns en \u00f6ppen spis. Man kan \u00e4ven anv\u00e4nda rummet som allrum.
