Sj\u00f6n\u00e4ra began its operations in the spring of 2006 with the business idea of being the natural meeting place for sellers and buyers of waterfront homes. We operate in all segments \u2013 villas, holiday homes, condominiums, and plots of land \u2013 with the common denominator being proximity to the water, swimming, and boating life. Through our marketplace, we aim to be the leading company in this market, focusing primarily on Stockholm County, from \u00d6regrund to Nyn\u00e4shamn and from Enk\u00f6ping to the Svenska H\u00f6garna archipelago. Over the years, we have also operated in several other parts of Sweden, and our goal is to establish ourselves in additional coastal locations. What unites everything is closeness to the water, whether it be the sea, Lake M\u00e4laren, or inland lakes.<\/p>\n
